5. Coconut oil
Coconut oil may fight against fungus, bacteria and inflammation.
Along with this, coconut oil helps in the formation of melanin. Try using 2 to 3
times a day for two weeks to see improvements.
6. Those who have white pigments, avoid eating black berry
or rose apple. Because this type fruits have hydroquinone which acts as a pigregistant
material. Eat rich vitamin V12, folic acid and zinc foods. Avoid red meats and
sea food.
