Natural way of removing sunburns of hands and feet
Not only take care our face, most of the time we forget to
take care of our hands and feet. Our hands and feet are not less important. The
effect of the harmful rays of the sun causes the skin of hands and feet to
become denser and black. As a result the skin of the hands and feet does not
match the skin of the face. So take care of the hands and feet as well as the
face.
1) Take half a cucumber, slice it in small pieces and put it
in a bowl. Mix 2 tea spoon milk and a few drops of lemon juice with the water.
Then put the pack on the hands and feet. Wait till dry and wash with water. Use
two days a week.
2) Cut the tomatoes halfway through it and put some sugar on
it. Rub it on the sun burnt area on your hands and feet. Sugar acts is very
good to exfoliate and tomato juice is effective in removing sunburn.

3) Mash a potato and take its juice. Now mix a few drops of
lemon juice and honey with the potato juice. Use the mixture in hand and leg
and wait for 15 minutes. Then wash it. Regular use of this pack will keep your
hands and feet out sunburns.
4) Cut aloevera, take its internal gel and put it on your
hands and legs. If you want, you can mix honey and lemon juice with this gel.
5) Mix one tablespoon raw turmeric juice with lemon juice
and one tablespoon of liquid milk. Put this mixture into a burnt place in the
hand and feet, wash after dry.
6) Take a teaspoon of mashed raw turmeric in a bowl and mix
sour yogurt. Use this mixture on hands and feet daily, wait for 20 minutes and
wash it.
7) Mix 2 tablespoons olive oil with 1 teaspoon of sugar and
rub on your hands and feet for 3 to 5 minutes wash them with warm water. Use
two days a week. Sunburn will be removed.
Also, if you keep your hands and feet open, use the
sunscreen which has SPF (Sun Protector Effect) 30.
